Doctor Consultation Management System in PHP with Source Code is a simple project developed using PHP, JavaScript, and CSS. The project comprises the admin and user sides. The admin side manages all of the administration like adding and deleting medical doctors’ data, viewing patient data, and appointments.
For the user part, the users can both be a patient or a physician. The user can log in as a doctor, and verify their appointment, patients, timings, and so forth. Equally, to log in as a patient, the person ought to have their login id and password for this hospital. If the patient doesn’t have them, they will first register as a new patient. The affected person could make their appointments, prescription data, treatment data, and so forth.
